Job Summary

To drive significant growth in the Florida and Texas markets, the full-time Director of Sales will lead and mentor a regional sales team focused on state and local government and education sectors, developing sales strategies and managing client relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve multi-million dollar annual quotas
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for key strategic client accounts, maintaining strong executive relationships
Required qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing sales teams in management consulting or IT professional services within the public sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that exceed quotas
  • Established executive network in the Florida and/or Texas public sector markets
  • Experience guiding teams through complex proposal efforts and contract negotiations
