Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, build, and implement a comprehensive mid-market sales motion
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Establish sales processes, out-bounding strategies, quota goals, metrics, and reporting systems

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience at B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven success in selling to mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Experience in building and scaling mid-market teams in a startup environment
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability in developing go-to-market strategies and plans
