Lead Prisma's enterprise sales strategy within the multifamily rental housing & HOA industry
Develop and manage a sales team with clear KPIs and accountability
Close strategic accounts and manage complex sales cycles

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or payments sales
5+ years of experience in Rent/HOA payments
Proven success selling into multifamily property management companies or ownership groups
Experience building or scaling a sales team
Strong analytical background for KPIs and revenue modeling
