Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to build and lead their North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Lead outbound strategy and coach BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
  • Implement and maintain a structured GTM operating system and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing new business

  • Demonstrated ability to build or improve sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong skills in deal leadership and multi-stakeholder selling
  • Player-coach mindset, capable of leading while achieving personal sales targets
