Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to build and lead their North America revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Lead outbound strategy and coach BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
- Implement and maintain a structured GTM operating system and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing new business
- Experience in generating a pipeline through outbound sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve sales processes and forecasting
- Strong skills in deal leadership and multi-stakeholder selling
- Player-coach mindset, capable of leading while achieving personal sales targets
