Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle for employers with 500-4,999 employees
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong activation and employee engagement
  • Promote effective employer plan design and optimize contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in health benefits or digital health
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in mid-market sales
  • Experience selling to HR and benefits consultants is preferred
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales skills
  • Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
