Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle for employers with 500-4,999 employees
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong activation and employee engagement
- Promote effective employer plan design and optimize contracts
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in health benefits or digital health
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in mid-market sales
- Experience selling to HR and benefits consultants is preferred
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales skills
- Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
