Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales - New Logo.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new logo bookings targets across defined territories and segments
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of new-logo Sales Executives
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales motions with prospective customers
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to win high-potential prospects
- Engage senior executives at prospects as a consultative partner
- Accurately forecast pipeline and deals while diagnosing risks
- Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams to win complex deals
- Provide market feedback to influence product and growth strategies
Qualifications
- 12+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding new logo and ARR targets
- Experience selling into financial services, particularly mortgage and consumer banking
- Demonstrated success selling platform solutions into complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree or higher
