Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the NOAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own North America Apps revenue performance and pipeline health
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving consistent team quota attainment
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS and technology sales
  • Proven success leading teams of 7-10+ AEs through high-velocity sales cycles
  • Experience in ERP and/or the NetSuite ecosystem is strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and outbound pipeline creation methodologies
  • Strong analytical and operational acumen with experience using Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms
