Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the NOAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own North America Apps revenue performance and pipeline health
- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving consistent team quota attainment
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS and technology sales
- Proven success leading teams of 7-10+ AEs through high-velocity sales cycles
- Experience in ERP and/or the NetSuite ecosystem is strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and outbound pipeline creation methodologies
- Strong analytical and operational acumen with experience using Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms
