Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to lead their North America revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and create repeatable playbooks for pipeline generation
- Run weekly operating rhythms for pipeline inspection and deal reviews while aligning cross-functionally with other teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business
- Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
- Experience in building or improving sales processes, messaging, and forecasting
- Strong deal leadership skills, including disciplined qualification and negotiation
- Player-coach mindset, capable of leading and coaching while managing personal sales quotas
