Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to lead their North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and create repeatable playbooks for pipeline generation
  • Run weekly operating rhythms for pipeline inspection and deal reviews while aligning cross-functionally with other teams


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes, messaging, and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership skills, including disciplined qualification and negotiation
  • Player-coach mindset, capable of leading and coaching while managing personal sales quotas
