Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to build and lead their North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Build and maintain a target account strategy and develop sales playbooks
  • Run weekly operating rhythms to track pipeline, deal reviews, and forecast calls
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing new business
  • Experience generating a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership skills in multi-stakeholder selling and negotiation
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to lead and coach while meeting quotas
