Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to build and lead their North America revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain a target account strategy and develop sales playbooks
- Run weekly operating rhythms to track pipeline, deal reviews, and forecast calls
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing new business
- Experience generating a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and forecasting
- Strong deal leadership skills in multi-stakeholder selling and negotiation
- Player-coach mindset with the ability to lead and coach while meeting quotas
