Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle and maintaining a target account strategy
  • Build a repeatable outbound motion and coach BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
  • Implement the go-to-market operating system, including pipeline inspection and deal reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Experience building or improving sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership skills, including qualification and negotiation
  • Player-coach mindset, capable of leading and coaching while meeting personal quotas
