Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle and maintaining a target account strategy
- Build a repeatable outbound motion and coach BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
- Implement the go-to-market operating system, including pipeline inspection and deal reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
- Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound efforts
- Experience building or improving sales processes and forecasting
- Strong deal leadership skills, including qualification and negotiation
- Player-coach mindset, capable of leading and coaching while meeting personal quotas
