Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a target account strategy and develop outbound sales motions
- Implement a GTM operating system, including pipeline inspection and deal reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
- Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales strategies
- Experience in building or improving sales processes and forecasting
- Strong deal leadership and multi-stakeholder selling experience
- Player-coach mindset with the ability to lead and coach while meeting quotas
