Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a target account strategy and develop outbound sales motions
  • Implement a GTM operating system, including pipeline inspection and deal reviews


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales strategies
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership and multi-stakeholder selling experience
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to lead and coach while meeting quotas
