Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to lead its North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Lead outbound strategy and execution while coaching BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
  • Implement a GTM operating system, including pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and reliable CRM reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership skills, including disciplined qualification and negotiation
  • Player-coach mindset, capable of leading while personally achieving sales targets
