Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to build and lead their North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Lead outbound strategy and train BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
  • Implement and maintain an effective GTM operating system with reliable CRM reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in closing new business
  • Experience generating a pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to build or improve sales processes and forecasting
  • Strong skills in deal leadership and multi-stakeholder selling
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to lead and deliver on a quota
