Director of Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for National Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise sales offices and salesforce to ensure customer service and sales growth
• Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan, including sales targets and marketing plans
• Establish relationships within the animal health industry to facilitate growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Poultry Science, Animal Science, Management, or related field
• 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record
• 5 years of management experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
