Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Player-Coach) to lead their North America revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle and developing target account strategies
  • Build a repeatable outbound motion and coach BDRs to generate a qualified pipeline
  • Implement a go-to-market operating system and align cross-functionally to enhance customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing new business
  • Proven ability to generate a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes, messaging, and forecasting
  • Strong deal leadership skills with a player-coach mindset
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and RevOps best practices
