Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead a team focused on acquiring new Financial Institution clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Own and deliver accurate sales forecasts while managing pipeline integrity
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to enhance lead quality and sales execution
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of sales leadership experience in financial institutions and digital banking
- 3 years of additional sales experience
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more and overseeing team quotas
- Ability to create and manage sales territories and pricing processes
- Proven track record in SaaS sales metrics and pipeline analytics
