Job Summary

Director of Sales is a full-time position responsible for leading and mentoring a regional sales team to drive growth in the public sector, focusing on the Florida and Texas markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve multi-million dollar quotas
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for key strategic client accounts and oversee complex proposal efforts
Required Qualifications
  • College degree B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams in management consulting or IT professional services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Established executive network in the Florida and/or Texas public sector markets
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and performance-managing sales professionals
