Job Summary

Director of Sales, a full-time remote position responsible for new logo acquisition and expansion in the enterprise segment, while managing a small team and carrying a personal sales quota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt, own, and close strategic enterprise accounts while carrying a personal sales quota
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs and SDRs, conducting regular coaching and performance reviews
  • Present sales performance and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role
  • Documented track record of closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals
  • Direct experience selling into financial institutions or fintechs
  • Fluency in a modern sales stack and structured enterprise sales methodologies
  • Strong commercial instincts and executive presence
