Job Summary
Director of Sales, a full-time remote position responsible for new logo acquisition and expansion in the enterprise segment, while managing a small team and carrying a personal sales quota.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt, own, and close strategic enterprise accounts while carrying a personal sales quota
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs and SDRs, conducting regular coaching and performance reviews
- Present sales performance and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board as needed
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role
- Documented track record of closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals
- Direct experience selling into financial institutions or fintechs
- Fluency in a modern sales stack and structured enterprise sales methodologies
- Strong commercial instincts and executive presence
