Job Summary

Leading the Walmart business, the full-time salaried Director of Sales will manage the commercial partnership, oversee the Walmart P&L, and drive assortment availability and velocity while building a team to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and grow the strategic partnership with Walmart, executing the joint business plan and developing senior relationships across various departments
  • Lead the annual sales planning process, including volume forecasts and promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with Finance and Supply Chain
  • Manage the Walmart P&L, focusing on revenue, margin, and household penetration across the Walmart footprint
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of retail sales experience with at least 3 years in a Director-level or senior account management role, preferably with Walmart or other top national accounts
  • Proficiency in Walmart's core platforms and a proven ability to negotiate complex trading agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in both long-term strategic planning and short-term tactical execution
  • A passion for pets and a desire to contribute to the pet health industry
