Job Summary
Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the remote Director of Sales will drive predictable ARR growth, improve sales execution, and foster a high-performance culture while managing complex enterprise-level manufacturing software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Enterprise Sales team, conducting regular meetings and monitoring KPIs
- Translate corporate growth objectives into actionable territory strategies and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support successful deal execution and deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling ARR growth in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 organizations
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC
- Exceptional ability to forecast accurately and influence executive stakeholders
