Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales organization, the remote Director of Sales will manage a team of National Account Managers and develop commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across various retail and industrial channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and external sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve annual business objectives and drive profitable growth
  • Manage relationships with major retail, distribution, commercial, and industrial customers while analyzing sales performance and market opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive sales and national account management experience within consumer products or related industries
  • Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and managing major retail and distribution accounts
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, and financial performance metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
