Job Summary

Leading a team of account executives, the full-time Director of Sales will drive sales efforts for enterprise-level clients in AI environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build pipeline and achieve revenue growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performance sales team through recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Manage pipeline generation activities and coach team members in navigating complex sales cycles
