Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and lead a high-performance sales team, the full-time remote Director of Sales will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of Strategic Account Executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales processes to optimize team efficiency and revenue generation
- Develop actionable plans to acquire new customers and enhance market penetration
- Lead company-wide bookings forecasts, providing accurate data-driven projections for executive decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience in selling to associations and/or non-profit organizations is highly preferred
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the association and non-profit sectors
- Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS industry, particularly in association and non-profit markets
