Job Summary
Driving sales growth in the Central region, the full-time remote Director of Sales will lead a team of sellers, manage regional revenue targets, and foster a high-performance sales culture while leveraging audience-based and data-driven sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, ensuring high performance and strong client relationships
- Own regional revenue targets and maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy across agency and brand-direct accounts
- Drive audience-based sales conversations, translating first-party data into compelling proposals that meet client goals
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of digital media sales experience, with at least 6 years in a sales management role
- Deep fluency in audience-based selling and strong experience in CTV and video sales
- Proficiency in programmatic sales and familiarity with trading desk relationships
- Existing relationships with clients and agencies in the Central market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
