Job Summary
Seeking a highly tactical and data-driven Director of Sales, Commercial, this primarily remote, full-time position will manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes using modern tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to exceed quota and pipeline goals
- Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility through disciplined reviews and inspections
- Analyze SaaS KPIs to identify revenue gaps and support cross-functional go-to-market execution
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, including leading AE teams through rapid growth
- Proven history of disciplined pipeline management and navigating complex enterprise-level deals
- Deep understanding of core SaaS KPIs and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
- Experience developing structured coaching frameworks or qualification standards
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
