Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales organization, the remote Director of Sales will manage a team of National Account Managers, develop commercial strategies, and drive revenue growth across various retail and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and external sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives and drive profitable growth
  • Manage relationships with major retail, club, distribution, commercial, and industrial customers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive sales and national account management experience in consumer products or related industries
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
  • Data-driven leader with strong analytical and business planning capabilities
