Key Responsibilities
- Redesign and scale the North American aftermarket commercial engine to enhance growth and market share
- Define and execute a multi-year aftermarket growth strategy aligned with global objectives
- Build and lead a high-performance commercial organization while fostering executive-level customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in relevant industries
- Proven success in scaling aftermarket businesses with recurring revenue models
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required
- MBA or advanced business qualification strongly preferred
- Exceptional financial acumen and understanding of rotating equipment lifecycle economics
