Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's call center and sales analytics strategy focused on lead funnel efficiency, conversion optimization, and agent performance
  • Build and maintain advanced SQL and Python models to measure various sales metrics and agent productivity
  • Design enterprise-level forecasting frameworks and collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize overall sales strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in analytics, sales operations, or sales strategy, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep experience with call center analytics and agent performance modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in building custom analytics workflows
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
