Director of Sales Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Reporting & Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end sales reporting function, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Develops and executes a scalable business intelligence strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals
• Leverages AI and machine learning tools to improve sales forecasting and identify trends in customer behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in finance, sales analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
• Experience in an MSP, SaaS, or recurring revenue business model preferred
• Experience implementing or managing AI/ML-driven analytics solutions
