Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales and Operations Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the S&OP framework to align with strategic business goals
- Oversee the development of accurate demand forecasts by integrating market intelligence and applying scenario planning
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure forecasting accuracy and overall process effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of twelve years of Operations, Sales, or Product Management experience is required
- At least two years in a director or higher-level role is required
- Experience with S&OP, IBP, and demand planning is required
- PMP certification is preferred
