Job Summary
To lead the administration of global sales incentive programs, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Compensation will partner with senior leaders across various departments to ensure payout accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic business objectives, while working in a U.S. office or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end governance of global commission processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX requirements
- Analyze performance trends and model compensation impact in collaboration with senior leaders across Sales and Operations
- Optimize incentive compensation systems like Xactly to enable scalable workflows and data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; certifications in compensation, finance, or related fields are a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Finance within enterprise SaaS environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global teams
- Deep expertise in Xactly or comparable incentive compensation systems
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and global compensation frameworks
