Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to lead and scale top-of-funnel pipeline generation across Enterprise and Commercial segments in AMER.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize top-of-funnel KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue outcomes
  • Develop and execute scalable inbound and outbound sales development strategies
  • Provide leadership and coaching to frontline SDR managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading SDR or Sales Development teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and performance targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose funnel issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with modern sales technology and AI-enabled tools
