Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and refine a sales playbook for marketing services, including outreach and negotiation strategies
  • Deliver on annual sales targets by identifying and securing new client opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or new business development, preferably in digital media or influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing high-level client relationships
  • Strong understanding of the campaign planning cycle and RFP processes
  • Deep knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape and confident negotiation skills
  • Ability to build systems from scratch and scale operations in a fast-moving environment
