Job Summary
Leading a team of SDR managers and over 35 SDRs, the full-time remote Director of Sales Development will drive operational excellence, implement AI-enabled workflows, and develop talent pipelines while collaborating closely with sales leadership to enhance performance across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Own operations by coaching managers, maintaining forecast predictability, and ensuring high-quality SDR-to-AE handovers
- Drive the development of an AI-native workflow for the SDR function, standardizing processes and deploying them globally
- Build structured development cycles for SDRs, creating clear progression paths and partnering with AE leadership for successful transitions to AE roles
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in SDR or pipeline generation, with at least 3 years managing managers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tooling into SDR workflows, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective tools
- Proven ability to standardize playbooks across distributed teams while increasing output without additional headcount
- Strong operational rigor with a focus on tracking metrics and running effective forecast cadences
- Credible presence with VP and C-suite-level GTM leadership, emphasizing pipeline management over activity metrics
