Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Development Representatives, this full-time remote position will lead the SDR team, refine prospecting strategies, and build a metrics-driven pipeline to deliver high-quality leads to Account Executives, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in Nashua, NH.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers
  • Develop and execute strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Continuously optimize outreach techniques, call scripts, email cadences, and qualification criteria
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing inside sales or SDR teams that meet or exceed quotas
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound prospecting
  • Strong operational knowledge of CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
