Job Summary
Owning revenue performance and team development across the East territory, the full-time remote Director of Sales, East Region will lead a team of up to 10 Account Executives, driving sales execution and building a scalable sales engine while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the East region revenue number with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Establish and enforce strong pipeline hygiene and coaching standards for complex deals
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing teams of 6-10+ field sellers or outside sales
- Strong command of modern sales methodologies and coaching techniques
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline analytics and capacity planning
- Preferred experience selling SaaS or AI-powered solutions to SMB and Mid-Market environments
