Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Enablement managers
  • Support the sales enablement strategy and optimize the sales process
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for the sales team

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales enablement or learning and development in B2B or Technology/SaaS companies
  • Experience leading and scaling global enablement organization in a high-growth environment
  • Experience implementing large-scale sales methodology and sales process transformation
  • Leadership and influence skills with sales teams and senior executives
  • Experience with sales and analytics tech stack including Showpad, Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo
