Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the design and improvement of its commercial operating system for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision for the commercial operating system, ensuring integration of platforms and processes for sustainable revenue growth
- Develop and evolve commercial playbooks to enable consistent deal execution across consulting services
- Serve as the primary product owner for CRM and sales enablement ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and platform governance
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategy
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in designing and operating a commercial or revenue operating system
- Proven track record in building sales playbooks and defining Ideal Customer Profiles
- Experience in supporting large, strategic deals and aligning marketing strategy with revenue objectives
