Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Sales Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate global enablement initiatives into regional success stories and conduct gap analysis of the sales team's skills
  • Manage onboarding processes and drive the adoption of sales methodologies
  • Track and report on enablement impact and measure success through key performance indicators
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, particularly in remote settings across the Americas
  • Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and competitive cybersecurity market
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, content management systems, and learning management systems
  • Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a major plus
