Job Summary
Strategically enhancing sales processes, the full-time remote Director of Sales Enablement will build a strong enablement foundation, collaborate with commercial teams, and develop high-quality sales materials that align with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Establish deep knowledge of the brand and enterprise sales process to guide interactions with prospects and clients
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify and address sales enablement needs throughout the sales cycle
- Oversee the Proposals team to ensure the creation of compelling proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, enterprise sales, or related commercial roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in complex sales environments
- Experience with proposal management and RFP processes
- Proven ability to develop sales assets such as pitch decks and case studies
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management abilities
