Job Summary
Driving strategic sales initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Sales Enablement will transform go-to-market capabilities by managing the product-to-field content loop, synthesizing field intelligence, and establishing a culture of accountability to improve sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full bidirectional content loop, translating product strategy and competitive positioning into field-ready sales content
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform enablement priorities and drive decisions within Sales and Product Marketing
- Design and implement structured manager development programs to ensure consistent coaching and inspection across the sales organization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling enablement in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise software environment
- Business fluency in the Office of the CFO, understanding the challenges faced by finance leaders
- Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies and experience in building coaching programs for front-line managers
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize field signals and performance data into clear enablement priorities
