Job Summary

Leading the execution of global sales skilling programs, the remote Director of Sales Enablement will manage initiatives for sales managers and sellers, drive sales methodology and messaging, and develop the enablement team to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Own execution of global sales skilling programs for sales managers and individual contributor sellers
  • Drive sales methodology, sales process, and messaging framework to ensure consistency across the organization
  • Lead, coach, and develop the enablement team, setting clear goals and growth plans for each member
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based sales processes, MEDDPICC, and manager coaching models
  • Experience building and leading a team with a track record of developing stronger performers
  • Experience using AI tools to drive business impact in sales or enablement contexts
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with experience aligning global programs to field needs
