Job Summary

As the Director of Sales Engineering, the full-time role will lead the technical sales team for Stack Forging Thermal Solutions, driving the adoption of proprietary liquid-cooling technologies in the Data Center segment, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Burlington, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Sales Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence
  • Refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure in the Data Center segment
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, supporting complex negotiations and ensuring effective pipeline management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in bringing new technology to market, specifically in the Data Center segment
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to C-suite executives
