Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong technical background in data management, cloud platforms, or AI/analytics
  • Proven success in scaling sales engineering teams for complex enterprise sales
  • Experience collaborating with large enterprise customers and C-level executives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is beneficial
