Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a global Sales Engineering organization and execute the technical go-to-market strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on Salesforce CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release governance while guiding customers in modernizing their Salesforce delivery processes
  • Engage with CIOs and DevOps leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives and establish KPIs for team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering within enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years leading global teams with second-line leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and ecosystem
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps, including Git-based version control
  • Proven ability to sell and support complex enterprise solutions with security and compliance requirements
