Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Director of Sales Engineering will oversee Enterprise Systems Engineers supporting strategic enterprise accounts, driving technical strategy and execution across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Systems Engineers for strategic enterprise customer support
  • Align sales and technical stakeholders around a unified technical and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive operational excellence and business outcomes through executive engagements and partnerships
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology leadership
  • 8+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals in customer-facing roles
  • Proven success in influencing outcomes within complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, security, and cloud architectures
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
