A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue goals through upsell, expansion, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, feedback, and recognition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience and drive growth

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years in startups in an operational role
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
  • Experience in high-volume sales or upsell at a SaaS company preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering ambitious results and using data for strategy
  • Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with senior executives
