Director of Sales for DoD

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the DoD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for YubiKeys adoption within the DoD
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to foster collaboration and high performance
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing relationships while overseeing team performance and pipeline health

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing cybersecurity business within the U.S. DoD
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Relevant and current contacts within the U.S. DoD
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Knowledge of U.S. Federal Government Identity requirements is a plus
