Job Summary
Leading the sales and retention strategy for Government Risk & Fraud, the full-time remote Sr. Director, Sales - Government Risk & Fraud will manage sales teams, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with marketing to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee top-line sales and renewal metrics for Risk & Fraud propositions sold to U.S. State and Local Government agencies
- Build and lead high-performing sales and retention teams through recruitment, training, and performance management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and collaborate with marketing to develop aligned lead generation strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of sales and retention leadership experience, preferably in the State & Local government industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
- Experience managing distributed sales teams across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
