Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (LATAM) who is fluent in Spanish and will work remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to drive revenue strategies and exceed targets
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and manage day-to-day sales activities to optimize forecasting and CRM usage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners in the LATAM region to drive new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Latin America region
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a sales role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience is desirable
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems in the SaaS and cybersecurity industries
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with deep cultural awareness of the region
